COVID-19 STATUS UPDATE 11-05-2020 - REOPENING TODAY

Dear Customer, 

We are reopening today Monday 11/05/2020 with a skeleton staff. 

We have put measures in place to ensure that strict hygiene procedures are followed and that social distancing can be adhered to. 

What does this mean for you? 

GENERAL PUBLIC

If you are a member of the public it means that we can provide a mobile service. If you are in our area and have somewhere off the road & on hardstanding we can come to you. For mobile work payment is required in full, over the phone at the point of booking. Our fitters will call you on arrival and talk you through the steps to enable the work to take place on your vehicle. Our fitters will use disinfectant to clean contact points in your vehicle before and after work is completed, seat covers and other PPE will be used. A fully non-contact service can be adhered to. Please stay a minimum of 2metres (6 feet) away from our employees at all times. 

For some installations or work it may be necessary to collect and redeliver your vehicle so that work can be completed at the workshop. Please call us and we can discuss the options with you- 01743 467272

TRADE

If you are a local trade customer and you are used to bringing vehicles to us then you will be able to continue to do so- We understand that you may also be short staffed at the moment so we may be able to help with collection and/or re-delivery, we can work together to find a solution. 

If you are a trade customer a little further afield and you are used to us coming to you - we will still be able to come to you. Please ensure that our staff are given enough space to enable them to work at a safe distance from other people.

STAY INFORMED

Please bear with us during this unusual time- whilst we work back up to full capacity you may experience some delays compared to our normal service. We will be monitoring guidelines from the government and will continually update our status as things change.
